After-Birth Cramps Tincture

A soothing herbal tincture to ease after-birth cramps and support the body as the uterus returns to its pre-pregnancy size. Cramps are common in the days following birth, especially during breastfeeding, and may feel stronger with each baby.

How to Use

• Take 2.5ml as needed for cramps
• Can be taken up to three times per day
• Best taken with a small amount of water
• Safe to use while breastfeeding

Cramp Bark, Black Haw, Fennel in an ethanol base with Ginger and Chamomile in a glycetract base
