I care deeply about the quality of the products I provide and your experience as a customer. If something isn’t right with your order, please read the information below to understand how I handle returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

• It must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Due to the nature of my products, I can’t accept returns on any opened herbal liquids or creams, even if only partially used. This ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of the remedies I provide.

Non-Returnable Items

I do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used items

• Herbal liquids or creams once opened

• Personal care items that have been tampered with

• Sale items or gift cards

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email me at contact@sage-intuition.com with your order number and the reason for return.

If your return is approved, I’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the package. Please don’t send anything back without contacting me first—unauthorised returns won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let me know straight away at contact@sage-intuition.com, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Exchanges

I don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return the original (if eligible) and place a new order after the return has been processed.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, I’ll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise and post the refund.
