Shipping Policy
I ship orders throughout New Zealand only. All orders are dispatched from Okoroire, and I use trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

To help you choose the correct shipping option at checkout:
• Local: Includes Hamilton and nearby areas such as Cambridge, Thames, and Matamata
• New Zealand Wide: Applies to all other addresses outside the local area.
• Rural: If your delivery address is rural, please select the “Rural” option. It’s important to select the correct shipping category at checkout. If you’re unsure whether your address falls within the Local zone, please refer to the official Pass The Parcel Hamilton zone guide here:
If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact me before placing your order to confirm the correct shipping option. Choosing the wrong category may result in delays or additional charges.
Delivery Timeframes
• Urban addresses: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days
• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 2–3 working days
You’ll receive a dispatch notification and tracking information once your order has been sent.

• I do not ship internationally
• I do not deliver to PO Boxes
