This website is operated by me, under the business name Sage Intuition. By accessing my website and/or purchasing something from me, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Trade.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and clients.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this site or my services.
1. My Services
Through Sage Intuition, I offer a range of natural wellness services and products, including:
• Naturopathic and herbal medicine consultations with a qualified naturopath (myself)
• Reiki sessions for energetic healing and relaxation
• Liquid herbal medicines
• Handmade herbal creams and topical remedies
All products and services are offered within New Zealand only. Herbal remedies are handmade in small batches and may vary slightly due to the natural variability of plant materials.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing from this site or booking a session, you confirm that you are:
• At least 18 years old, or
• Have permission from a parent or legal guardian
You agree not to use my services or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, or in violation of any laws in New Zealand.
3. Accuracy of Information
I do my best to ensure all product and service information on this website is accurate, complete, and current. However, I cannot guarantee that all details are error-free. I reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions and to update or cancel orders or appointments if needed.
4. Product Availability & Pricing
Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
I reserve the right to:
• Limit quantities
• Decline orders
• Discontinue products or services at any time
5. Orders, Bookings & Payment
Orders are only processed once full payment is received. Payment is securely handled through Shopify and authorised payment providers.
Bookings for consultations or Reiki sessions are confirmed only once payment is received or as otherwise agreed. I reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact details. If incorrect information is provided, I may not be able to fulfil your order or confirm your booking.
6. Shipping & Delivery
I ship only within New Zealand using NZ Post and Pass The Parcel. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to my Return & Refund Policy for full details. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions and are not accepted for opened herbal or personal care products due to safety and hygiene regulations.
8. Use of Products and Services
My herbal products and naturopathic services are intended to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional for serious or urgent health concerns.
Reiki is a complementary therapy and not a replacement for conventional healthcare. Results can vary and are not guaranteed.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. If you book a consultation or Reiki session, your health or personal details are kept confidential and securely stored as required under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and naturopathic practice standards.

Payment, Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Sage Intuition, I offer herbal products, naturopath consultations, and Reiki sessions, and I aim to keep things simple, transparent, and respectful of your time and mine.
Product Payments
All purchases made through my website are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments)
• Other secure payment gateways available at checkout
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation and a separate shipping notification when your items are dispatched.
Consultation & Reiki Session Payments
For naturopath consultations and Reiki sessions, payment is due at the time of your appointment, not at the time of booking, unless we agree otherwise in advance.
Payment methods for in-person or remote sessions include:
• Bank transfer
• Cash (in person)
• Other methods as agreed upon
Booking Terms
Appointments are made by request and confirmed via email or messaging. Once confirmed, that time is set aside specifically for you.
If you’re unable to attend, please be respectful of my time and other clients by providing adequate notice.
Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation or Reiki session.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee of up to the full session cost may apply.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full consultation fee, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch with me as soon as you can — I’m always happy to work with you where possible.
Running Late
If you're running late, let me know. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but please understand that your session may be shortened to avoid delays for others.
