Organic Dried Nettle Tea - NZ Grown

A must have for pregnancy and postpartum. 

A gentle, mineral-rich herbal tea to support overall vitality and nutrient stores. Nettle is traditionally used as a nourishing tonic, providing a natural source of iron and essential minerals to strengthen and replenish the body. A beautiful daily brew for energy, healthy skin, and general well-being.

I suggest a small handful of nettles to 500ml of boiling water. Steep in a glass jar for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight. 

Strain then drink - sweeten with honey or molasses if required or drink at room temperature. 

50g = approx. 7-10 infusions
100g = approx. 15-20 infusions
