Perineum Healing Herb Blend

A soothing herbal blend designed to support healing of the perineum after birth.

Gently astringent, anti-inflammatory, and cooling, these herbs help ease swelling, tenderness, and heal any tissue damage from tearing or an episiotomy. Perfect for use in a sitz bath or warm compress during the early postpartum period.

This blend can be brewed and added to a shallow bath or used as a perineal rinse or compress to support tissue repair and comfort.

How to Use

As a Sitz Bath or Compress:

• Add 2–3 tablespoons of herb blend to 500ml boiling water
• Steep for 4 hours or overnight, covered
• Strain using a mesh sieve or muslin cloth

Use by:

• Pouring into a sitz bath or shallow basin and soaking for 10–20 minutes (warm the liquid first as required)
• Soaking a clean flannel or pad in the liquid and applying as a compress
• Adding to a peri bottle for rinsing after toileting

Use 2-3 times daily, or as needed for comfort and healing.

Organic dried herb blend of yarrow leaf, comfrey leaf, calendula flower and echinacea root.

30g is approximately 3-6 infusions
50g is approximately 6-10 infusions
100g is approximately 12-20 infusions
