Active Birth - Labour Support Tincture

A gentle yet powerful herbal tincture designed to support labour progress when things have slowed or stalled. This blend is ideal for those experiencing start-stop labour, prolonged early labour, or who feel they need additional energetic and physical support to move labour forward.

Formulated with herbs traditionally used by herbalists to support the nervous system, enhance oxytocin flow, and gently stimulate effective contractions, while promoting a sense of feeling calm and centred.

How to Use

For use in stalled, prolonged, or stop-start labour:

• Take 5–10ml as an initial dose
• If needed, take another 5ml after 20–30 minutes
• Continue with 5ml every 30 minutes as required
• Stop once contractions are strong and regular

Important Notes

• For use only during active or established labour
• Not for use during pregnancy prior to labour
• Not to be used as a substitute during a medical emergency
